Definition: ‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to the Seller on www.humanitee.in website.
Definition: ’Seller’ here is identified as “humanitee.in”.
Situations for a Return:
- Item was defective.
- Item was damaged during shipping.
- Product (s) were missing.
- Wrong item shipped.
Returns may also result in a refund in some cases, at the sole discretion of www.humanitee.in, in the form of credits.
Points to be Noted –
– Buyers are encouraged to review the listing before making a purchase decision. If a Buyer orders the wrong item, they shall not be entitled to any return / refund.
– The Buyer needs to raise the refund request within 7 days from the date of payment realization.
– If the return request is accepted, the Buyer will have to return the product, and then the refund shall be credited to the Buyer’s wallet present on the www.humanitee.in website .
Return Process:
Eligibility for a Return :
A return will be processed only if
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in the buyer’s possession.
- The product is not different from what was shipped.
- The product is returned in its original condition (with the brand’s / manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories).
Non-Eligibility for Return :
- Buyer’s remorse, such as incorrect model or color of the product ordered.
- Incorrect product ordered in terms of color, name, price, model etc .
Non-Returnable Products :
Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, in the case of a damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered, a replacement will be provided
Return Misuse :
In the event customers are found to misuse the return policy excessively by returning, cancelling, or not accepting orders, www.humanitee.in reserves the right to warn, suspend, block, or terminate such customer accounts as necessary. We also reserve the right to cancel/void any such requests without any explanations whatsoever.
